Government Data Requests Policy
Government Data Requests Policy
How Frittata’s independent operator handles requests for personal information from public authorities.
Effective date: 16 October 2026
1. Operator and policy
Frittata is independently developed and operated in New Zealand by Rochelle Zettlemoyer. This policy applies to personal information under Rochelle’s control through Frittata’s operator-controlled services.
Frittata does not voluntarily disclose personal information merely because a public authority makes an informal request. Where disclosure is required by applicable law or valid, legally enforceable process, only the information necessary to satisfy that legal requirement will be provided.
2. How requests are reviewed
- Verify the identity of the requesting organization.
- Verify the organization’s authority to request information.
- Review the legal basis, jurisdiction, and scope of the request.
- Challenge unlawful or excessive requests when appropriate.
- Minimize any disclosure that is legally required.
- Maintain confidential records of requests, decisions, and disclosures, subject to applicable law.
- Notify affected individuals when legally permitted and appropriate, and when not prohibited by a valid order.
3. Limits of control
This policy applies only to information under Rochelle Zettlemoyer’s control. It does not extend to information held locally on an administrator’s device outside the operator’s control, information held independently by Meta, or information Cloudflare processes and controls under its own services and legal obligations.
The operator cannot disclose information that is unavailable to them and does not promise absolute noncooperation with valid legal process.
4. Contacting the operator
Send a government data request to auntie@crackedeggproductions.net. Please identify the requesting authority, legal authority cited, information requested, response deadline, and appropriate contact details. Do not send passwords, Meta access tokens, application secrets, or other credentials by email.
5. Policy changes
Any approved version of this policy will identify an effective date and may be updated when legal obligations or Frittata’s services change.
