Data Deletion and Removal Information

1. Local Frittata data

Frittata stores operational information locally on the computer where it is used. This can include SQLite databases, media caches, Page-picture caches, configuration, moderation journals, and evidence records. Uninstalling Frittata may not remove every local data store.

Frittata does not currently provide one universal deletion command. Users who wish to remove local Frittata data can contact Rochelle Zettlemoyer for assistance identifying applicable data stores and available removal options. The operator cannot remotely delete information from another person’s device. Evidence records and information subject to preservation requirements may require separate assessment.

2. Requesting deletion of personal information

To request deletion of personal information controlled by Rochelle Zettlemoyer through Frittata’s operator-controlled services, email auntie@crackedeggproductions.net. Describe the information you want removed and provide enough context to identify the relevant records.

The operator may need to verify authorization or identity before acting on a request. Each request is assessed to determine which information is under the operator’s control, which information may be deleted, which information belongs to other parties, and whether legal obligations or legitimate preservation requirements affect the request. This does not promise unconditional deletion or a specific response deadline.

3. Keeping requests safe

Do not include passwords, Facebook access tokens, application secrets, or other private credentials in an initial email. Identity verification, where needed, should be proportional to the request; sensitive documents are not required merely to begin an inquiry.

4. Meta authorization and Meta-held information

Users can disconnect Frittata and revoke the application’s authorization through applicable Meta or Facebook settings. Disconnecting stops future access, but does not itself remove local caches, evidence, or information held by Meta. Frittata cannot delete information Meta or Facebook holds independently; use Meta’s own privacy and account controls for information Meta controls.

5. Cloudflare team data

When team synchronization is configured, team members can revoke devices, leave where permitted, and revoke invitations. Those actions do not automatically delete all historical shared workflow metadata or audit records. Requests concerning centrally controlled information require an operator assessment; Frittata does not represent that D1 data is automatically deleted.

6. Evidence records

Some evidence observations are append-only and may be subject to legitimate preservation requirements. Frittata does not promise that evidence can always be removed through ordinary application controls, and does not represent that every evidence record may be retained indefinitely regardless of applicable law. Requests are assessed under applicable legal obligations and legitimate preservation requirements.
