What Frittata does
Frittata helps Page moderators read the full context, choose the right response, and keep the work organized. Features below reflect the current Linux desktop application; availability and wider live testing vary by feature.
Review comments across managed Pages, sort work with Needs Attention, Active, Resolved, Follow Up, and Dismiss workflows, and inspect complete selected-comment text with available media.
Browse selected Pages and published posts, follow threaded conversations, see parent context, and read the source post alongside the comment you are reviewing.
Store reusable replies by category, choose them at random or by least-recent use, and insert them into the existing reply composer.
Review quarantined comments, preserve evidence before supported Hide operations, and inspect available evidence and outcome provenance.
User-configured Rules and Term Banks support passive cached-comment testing, review results, Follow Up, Cesspool, and Hide actions. Active remote actions still require explicit authorization.
Selected Pages can use webhook-driven event notifications followed by targeted Graph reads, helping the local moderation workspace stay current. Deployment, Meta permissions, and live acceptance remain separate requirements.
Optional team synchronization shares workflow metadata, assignments, review metadata, and intentionally shared Response Bank entries. It does not ordinarily share comment text or evidence. Broader live multi-moderator acceptance is pending.
